Usually, this Rubio's is fantastic! I order from this location every now and then. However, the last time I visited, I ordered to go and ended up waiting for 40 minutes—I'm not exaggerating. Throughout my wait, one of the employees focused solely on helping his friends. Meanwhile, the crew in the back was literally shouting at each other. One team member was complaining about items being out of stock and made quite a racket throwing things around. It was quite stressful. Next time, I'll definitely order ahead and won't dine in. We ended up taking our kids outside while I stayed inside by myself to avoid exposing them to that chaos.
In our last three orders from this restaurant via DoorDash, we encountered missing items each time. It was clear that the staff didn’t verify the order before it was handed off. They even attempted to blame the delivery driver for the errors, despite it being their fault on every occasion. Due to this negligence, I will no longer be ordering from this restaurant. While occasional quality control issues can happen, consistently missing half of our order is simply unacceptable. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
I have dined at this restaurant several times, and the food has consistently been fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, my experience tonight was awful. The food was not good at all! The employee at the register carelessly threw our food into the bag. I strongly advise steering clear of the kitchen staff on May 24th, 2024, at 7 PM.
The food is consistently good, but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. Additionally, this location frequently has issues with processing orders. At least three times a week, when I try to place an order, it never goes through.

It was a little expensive considering the serving size? but service and presentation was very good. The menu had quite a few health options which I always appreciate. Ingredients were fresh.
I ordered two chicken tacos for $10.49. With wages expected to rise to $22 per hour in 2023, I'm concerned about the future for small business owners. It doesn’t look promising.
The Mango Wild Caught Two Taco Plate was enjoyable, but the rice was cold and the beans lacked any salt. The Coastal Trio was decent, though it came without any lime wedges.
The street corn wasn't as good as usual; it tasted a bit sweet for my liking. However, everything else was fantastic, so I would still give it five stars overall!

The food and service at this restaurant are consistently amazing. The management is exceptional and effectively inspires the staff.
The food is excellent, but the packaging is often messy, so be cautious.
