Once again, we were very disappointed with our experience at Rub's. After trying both their takeout and dine-in options post Covid, we found the portions to be small and the food dry with a lack of flavor. Despite giving them another chance a few months later, our recent visit will be our last. We arrived on a quiet Friday afternoon but were unable to sit outside at their St. Rose location, strike one. Furthermore, the beef rib I was looking forward to was no longer on the menu, strike two. We settled for brisket and ribs, but my brisket was dry and tasteless. We arrived at the restaurant early (4:00pm) after a round of golf and found it to be nearly empty, with only one person at the bar. Despite the heat inside, we decided to sit indoors as the outdoor tables were in direct sunlight. The St-Louis ribs were as good as always, and the fried chicken was delicious. The beer selection could be better as their only IPA was weak. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely come back again.
I recently dined at this restaurant, and my experience was a mixed bag. The food was average, nothing particularly special, but it didn't disappoint either. On the bright side, the drinks were great, and they offered a fantastic selection. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional politeness of the waitstaff. Their attentive and friendly service truly elevated the overall dining experience.
very disappointed after the reservation before were they did not have a table for us and put our party on 2 different tables then came to order time and they had no ribs? service was terrible very bad administration as they can no longer have ribs on a Saturday night will never have back to this place

I ordered via Uber Eats. My chicken wings were sour and they send blue cheese sauce instead of the ranch it was supposed to come with. Never eating here again.
