Location was clean and inviting. Our server KayLee was very sweet and genuinely wanted us to have an excellent lunch experience. My wife and I both had the chicken sandwich and both of us had tough, stringy chicken breast. We brought it to the attention of our server and she promptly brought over Leon the manager. Leon was friendly, patient, and understanding and took care of the situation in a fair and professional manner beyond our expectation. We would definitely return!!
The food is incredible, a fantastic value and is quickly prepared. The salad bar is also worth mentioning as it is diverse and very fresh. Special scream at the bartender, Tyler, who not only good drinks, but great entertainment and my server, Joann, was very pleasant!!!
Then it was time for the main course. The burger I ordered was remarkable. Once I finished my meal, the staff kindly inquired if I wanted anything else. I politely declined and settled my bill, leaving with a delightful impression of my experience at this Ruby Tuesday.
