I had hope that it would be decent. I saw a promotion in my email and had never been, so decided to try it. I was very disappointed. When I first walked in I was confused as to why they were so empty but after my experience I understand. It was my first and last time dining at this establishment. My family will not return. We received burnt appetizers after we had finished our meals, I had to actually walk it up after waiting on a server as they were all just standing together talking and laughing. I ordered wings from them three times and the first two times great no problem. The third time however they tried to play me. I ordered buffalo hot wings with a extra cup of buffalo sauce but instead I got a slightly sweet tasting batch of wings barely with any sauce like I honestly thought they gave me plain wings at first with a side of TX Pete hot sauce not. The last two times before that I bragged about their wings and really enjoyed them. This is what I got. Oh so when I went back to ask about their mistake the bar tender told me that they always look like that and that they were definitely buffalo hot wings and that wasn't TX Pete hot sauce even though I told he I tasted it myself. As for cleanliness, Ruby Tuesday was in great shape. The salad bar required gloves, and everything was spotless when we arrived. Now, onto the food: I ordered the New Orleans Seafood Platter—WHO DAT! The tender black tilapia was topped with creamy sautéed shrimp, delivering an authentic taste of New Orleans. It was served with fluffy rice and grilled zucchini. Personally, I prefer grilled shrimp over sautéed for the added flavor and texture, but the dish was still delicious. Overall, the prices were what I expected, and the service time was reasonable. The waitress was fantastic—very attentive and friendly, making sure our drinks were always refilled. It was clear that she truly enjoyed her job, which is a rare find these days. The food was good; my son had the classic cheeseburger and salad bar, while I opted for just the salad bar. My only complaint was that the plates for the salad bar were warm, which they really should keep cool. Additionally, the salad bar itself could use some attention, as the dressing was at room temperature. For dessert, I ordered cheesecake, but it was served on a hot plate. On a positive note, the restrooms were very clean and well-stocked with soap and paper towels.
Fantastic service, the waitress was phenomenal. Had the refills coming, very attentive and friendly. Kept us up to date on our food wait. You can obviously tell she enjoyed what she did. You don't see that very often nowadays. The food was good, my son's got the typical food, Cheeseburgers and salad bar. I only ordered the salad bar. Peach was rather on the sweet side but mango was just right. Great service and manager stopped by to check on us. Bar is 9.99 but with some veggies was total of 12.99/ person drink. Will return!! The staff wasn't great. After waiting at the door for a few minutes at noon with only 6 other customers in the building. Continue this visit with the attempt to find waiting staff to find our order where our food was and to get silverware again. The food was good, the service was not a busy place, but we hardly did food in an hour because of all waiting
