I was not pleased with the service we received on Thanksgiving. I ordered the ribeye steak with onions and a loaded baked potato, along with queso and chips as a starter. Unfortunately, they ran out of chips for dipping. The onions for the steak were overcooked, and I wasn't offered any steak sauce. By the time the waitress returned to check on us, I was almost done with my meal. The baked potato was lukewarm instead of hot, and when I requested a replacement with mashed potatoes, they were just as lukewarm. Overall, I was very disappointed with our Thanksgiving dinner experience.
I ordered online from here so that I would not have to wait long for food. Got to restaurant 20 min later and sign says to call for order pickup. I call to let them know that Im here and was then told that I would need to come in for pickup. I came in andsat at bar waiting for my food . 25 minutes later I'm told that they may have given my order away. They then proceed to tell methat they will remake my order and it should take about 6 min. 20 min later I finally received my food .
I decided to dine at Ruby Tuesday tonight, and it reminded me why I usually avoid it. The food I received was disappointing, as shown in the attached pictures. My "chicken" taco had just four tiny cubes of chicken. The manager claimed this was an appetizer, but it's listed on the dinner menu. The first order was completely overcooked, and this was their second attempt.
What a fantastic improvement at this location! We had not been here for a while, but upon our return, we noticed how clean it is and the excellent customer service. The manager, Stephan, greeted us warmly, and our server, Maria, was wonderful. I'm giving it five stars all around. We can't wait for our next visit!

The bowl was quite good, consisting of three kernels of corn, a generous portion of rice, three soybeans, and some lettuce greens. The salmon was perfectly cooked. I also received the tea I ordered and some barbecue sauce, which I used as a salad dressing.
What a great experience at this location. Everything on the salad bar was fresh and well stocked. Our server was Maria and she was very attentive. Also the manager Stephan stopped by to check on us. It was an all-around great experience
The zucchini came with only five small pieces, which certainly didn't justify the $4.99 price. I also asked for extra cheese on my burger but didn't get any. On a brighter note, the Spinach Artichoke Dip was delicious.
The rice pilaf, broccoli, mashed potatoes, and Hickory Bourbon Salmon were all delicious. However, I discovered several bones in the Grilled Salmon, and the baked potato was served without any butter or sour cream.

The ribs use to be good but the last few times ive ordered they have been really dry and tough. Very disappointed
Would be a 5 star if my drink wasnt forgotten. Food was good though!
