Absolutely the worst service that I have had from any server ever! I suggested to a friend that we try this place since he liked Italian food. We waited over 20 minutes just for a waitress to come to our table, we ordered our food at the same time since the wait was a long time. She told us the only thing good there was the pizza or the chicken. So I ordered the chicken parmesan, my friend the lasagna. We ordered bread sticks. They didn't come as we witnessed every other table getting drinks and appetizers. We didn't get refills on drinks as we waited. Wait time for bread sticks approaching a half hour. Very odd experience for my first time there. We walk in and they have many tables open and tell my wife and I that it will be at least 20 minutes to be seated. Then, after I asked, they said we can go ahead and sit at the bar. The two girls that were the hostesses seemed like they were preoccupied had bad attitudes. A couple walked in right as we sat down at the bar and were immediately seated in the dining area. I asked if they had a reservation and they said no. I was very confused. My 11-year-old grandson and I went out for dinner and had a wonderful experience. We started with the bread served with herb-infused oil, which was both unique and delicious. The menu had so many options that it was hard to choose! I initially wanted pizza, but since the fountain drinks were flat, I opted for something else because I prefer having soda with my pizza. In the end, I chose the broasted chicken dinner that came with spaghetti. I can confidently say it was the best broasted chicken I've ever tasted! Absolutely horrible service. The waitress is obviously Incapable of multitasking. The price of the food was way too high for the quality. I ordered lasagna with white sauce and a salad. When I was halfway done with my salad, she brought out lasagna with RED sauce and left the table. It took her 20 minutes to return to the table so that I could tell her it was wrong, then another 15 minutes to get the correct order. I had to walk up to the bar to get my own drink refill because I was tired of waiting and I only did that because they charge $2.49 for a glass of diet coke. Absolutely will NEVER come here again. Complete waste of time and money.

Not a country music fan. We were there for an hour and a half and the music was awful. The food was ok, I had spaghetti and meatballs. The meat was Grey and squishy. Sauce was a little too sweet for me but that's just my preference. They do not serve bread with their pasta. You have to pay for that separately and the menu does not had a bread option for 1 person. You have to buy an order which is multiple pieces. The waitress was fantastic! We had a large group and it was mothers day. No errors on any of our multiple orders.
We were disappointed with the two pizzas we ordered. The Supreme was supposed to be on a thin crust, but it wasn’t, and we barely touched it. The meat pizza was overly salty as well. On a positive note, the mojos we ordered were really good. However, our waitress was aware that the pizza was prepared incorrectly and didn’t offer to fix it. Given that our bill was over $157, we won’t be returning. We've dined at Rulli’s on 17 before and have never had an issue.
Pizza was good. We got take out and it was a busy night. They send a text with a link to the progress of your order, but it didn't seem to update when the order was ready for pick up. My mother had to call a few times to understand how long it was going to take.
The pizza was fantastic! The beer was nice and cold. They offered complimentary bread with dipping oil, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We ended up eating all of it. The bartender was friendly and provided outstanding service. I highly recommend this place!

We ordered a half half pizza (sausage/mushroom and buffalo chicken). The crust was perfect not too bready or not like a matzo. I love the sausage they used. Very tasty.
