It was my first visit to Runza, and I decided to try the BBQ bacon burger. It was decent, but I think I'll go for the original next time I'm in the area, as the BBQ bacon one was a bit too salty for my taste. The caffeinated lemonade was much sweeter and syrupy than I expected; I ended up pouring half of it into another cup just to make two glasses, and it was still quite sweet. The onion rings were pretty good, although they weren't as hot as I prefer them. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience.
Great location with lively staff! The manager, Kellie, ensured that every aspect of my meal was exceptional. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger alongside her seasonal Wisconsin cheese soup, chicken strips with loaded potato soup, and a chocolate shake, as well as a strawberry/caramel shake to fulfill my cravings. The dining room and restrooms were clean and well-maintained.
We’re visiting from out of state and had our first experience at a Runza. Every employee we interacted with was incredibly friendly. All six of us in our group remarked on how refreshing it was to see them smiling and genuinely enjoying their customers and one another! Thank you for the wonderful experience! We’ll definitely stop by again when we’re in the area.

The cut of meat is excellent and very tender, add some salt and pepper and you're set. Staff was great. everything was great and perfect
