The location and facilities are very nice, but the service was horrible, especially the owner/manager who was very unpleasant. I went to spend 2 nights relaxing with my 7 year old daughter, but we left after the first night, mainly because the owner was so unpleasant that she completely ruined the experience. 1 hour before arriving they sent us a message saying that there was a breakdown in the restaurant (which we later found out was not true; they had entered into a conflict with those at the restaurant) and that they were going to cut off the service for the next 2 weeks. Considering it's a very small town, there are very few eating options, so that's a big hassle, especially with small c...
We spent 3 nights as a family and it was great!!! The unbeatable treatment, they have behaved very well with us, very attentive. The children have loved the cabin and especially the pool, with jets and everything. They have had a blast!! They also have board games. The breakfast very varied. The location is ideal for someone looking for tranquility and nature. Hoces de Vegacervera is next door. And very close to the Valporquero caves and the museum of wild fauna. We have spent six days in this hotel and the treatment from the first moment has been 10. Any request, question or need has been attended to immediately and with a smile. The environment is wonderful. Super attentive staff. Tranquility and relaxation guaranteed. Nearby activities: A visit to the Val Porquero cave and the Hoces de Vegacervera is essential.
