Las habitaciones muy espaciosas. Desayuno bueno. Ubicación sin cobertura pero muy bonita. Lo peor fue el servicio. Tenemos familiares en la isla y había un día que nos dejaban a los niños (de 1 y 4 años) porque tenían que ir a trabajar. Nos cobraban 60 euros por cada niño por el daypass de los niños. Nos tuvimos que ir del hotel pese ser clientes del hotel porque teníamos que pagar 120 euros por un bebé que no come y un niño. En ningún lugar lo pusieron y estoy segura que si no hubiéramos avisado no se hubieran dado cuenta. La verdad es que la atención del encargado deplorable y, ha sido el único hotel desde hace ya muchos años que han hecho esto, que los niños no pudieran ni entrar. No lo v...
Day pass Hicimos un Day pass, el hotel es maravilloso, spa y masaje increíble. Recomiendo la masajista, muy profesional. Un hotel en medio de la naturaleza. Nosotros tuvimos la mala suerte de coincidir con un grupo de españolas, donde lo de relajarse en la piscina y desconectar era imposible. Chillando todo el tiempo en la piscina. El personal del Hotel son conscientes del tema, y no les dicen nada. Cuando había gente que buscaba tranquilidad y paz en la naturaleza, pero era Imposible! Falta de limpieza en la habitación, encontramos cristales en el suelo y la puerta de acceso a la terraza los cristales estaban sucios y así estuvieron los 2 días de nuestra estancia.
