Ruscello - Tisch resevieren

Our lunch for five at Ruscello was quite satisfactory. Everyone enjoyed their meal, and the service was excellent. However, the reservation process through OpenTable left something to be desired, as the restaurant was not prepared with our table and we had to wait. I originally made a reservation for four via OpenTable, but when our party grew to five, I discovered I couldn't modify the reservation online. I've always felt comfortable with the people here, they are so much. Actually the best technical bartenders I've ever seen. They make a lot of things by hand that most people would buy in a bottle. It's fun to watch them!The outside seating that I took pictures of, is opening around memorial Day! The mall will be open on memorial Day but probably closing early.If you come in on Wine Wednesdays you get half off of a bottle of wine with the purchase of a menu item!So come out and have some very good food expertly prepared by in house chef josh. We've been coming here for years since it's located on the ground floor. It's situated on the eastern Nordstrom's building side adjacent to men's clothing. Looking out over a parking lot area. We had used to like the attentive service, and we had no problems tipping well either. Unfortunately the staff has turned over prior, during and after the 2020 pandemic started. Prices have been steadily climbing. Tip: Seek out the happy hour pricing for drinks and limited food items from Monday Fri., 2:30 pm 5'ish. The hamburger is also a few bucks less than the nearly $18.00 that they charge you. Wow!

Been here three times over the past few months and I won 't ever go back. This place used to be so friendly but now there is an unfriendly, unwelcoming atmosphere and even if the restaurant is completely empty, at a quiet time of day, the window seats are always 'reserved ', or for the use of staff and I am seated at the back, in the dark. I am always friendly and courteous and I tip well, but I 've had enough. Once is unfortunate, but three times demonstrates a potential pattern. Something is not quite right here. I dine here often and would typically rate the food a five. I've tried most of the menu, but yesterday's experience was slightly disappointing. The chicken meatballs seemed overcooked, and the salad was overly dressed with cherry tomatoes that were a bit past their prime. However, the service was excellent as always. I'll definitely return—everyone has an off day now and then!

A favorite lunch spot for me to meet friends. The food is consistently delicious and service very good as well. Had a recent empanada special....and the regular menu offers fresh salads, and nice “comfort food “type entrees. Good coffee, and like the nice touch of the complimentary chocolate!

Ruscello at Nordstrom is a great place for a relaxing drink. The atmosphere is luxurious and the bar provides a great opportunity to unwind. The prices are reasonable and the glass of Prosecco or wine provides a perfect addition to the overall experience.
