This restaurant although fairly well maintained seems to change owners and names like some people change clothes lol. The restaurant under this new name has installed a very lovely patio and since it is on the East side of the restaurant it provides for a very comfortable sheltered retreat on a warm summer evening. We met friends there so we were in no real hurry--service was very friendly; however the people mixing drinks and preparing the food seemed abnormally slow. It didn't really bother us as we were there to visit and when things arrived it was okay--others may not find this to their liking. We asked a local where can we go for dinner as we had a long business day. A local said to try it out. I would encourage you to make it a priority if staying in Medicine Hat. The food was cooked to perfection. Our team even on our 1,300 km journey, could not stop raving about this culinary experience. The flavours, the presentation, the excellent patio, and the food combinations truly set this place apart from our many meals out. I've never had the pleasure of visiting Medicine Hat before but we'd go back for dinner in a heart beat!!!
Great service...amazing food (had the cauliflower starter and the chicken Caesar salad - BEST I have ever had). Service was awesome, sat out on the very nice patio. Food was ready quickly and was delicious...and reasonably priced for what you received. This was my first...but definitely not my last trip there!!
Outstanding food and friendly service. I have to say this is the highest quality food we have eaten in Medicine Hat.Scallops were fresh and perfectly cooked the lamb was amazing. Quaint place with great food. Started off with a bannock appetizer- mushrooms, pine nuts and sundried tomatoes! Excellent. Spinach salad with a warm bacon dressing. Perfect for two. Finished with the Alberta braised beef filled Ravioli. Would highly recommend this place
Shaun was a fantastic server and she gave great service. The food was amazing from the grasshopper beer to cauliflower blueberries appetizers to the open face Rueben. Really great food and atmosphere.
Found something for everyone on the menu, vegans and vegetarians alike. Dishes were all very tasty and the staff very attentive. Came back one week later with my kids and they loved the food as well.

Knowing the food is homemade and from the local area is worth the price. Atmosphere is welcoming Sangrias are delicious
