Planning a wedding can be very stressful at times. When we found Rustic Streats to cater for us, it was smooth sailing when it came to the food. Ben and Donna were so easy to work with and took care of everything!! Anything that came up, they found a solution.Not to mention the amount of compliments we got on the food at the wedding. The way our wedding was setup, you couldn’t see the food truck at the venue and every guest was shocked to hear that this gourmet meal sitting in front of them just came off a truck. Rustic StrEATS catered our wedding this past weekend and we are still getting compliments on the food! Ben and his staff did a phenomenal job! My husband and I want to thank you all so much for your hard work. Ben was so easy and laid back to communicate with leading up to the wedding! We highly recommend them for any event you're planning!
Food truck is extremely unorganized and can?t keep up with more than 3 orders at a time, usually this wouldn?t be an issue but the woman taking orders was extremely rude about it and once we finally (after a 30 minute wait at a food truck) the food was mediocre at best.
The beet salad was full of surprising flavors. A mix of berries, nuts and spices. I could taste a hint of mint. The cucumber strawberry gazpacho was a nice palate cleanser. Very fresh. Yum. Highly recommend! We found the truck at #mauglesierravineyard.
