We eat here regularly, but this time was quite disappointing. When we sat down, I asked the staff to wipe the table, but instead, they sprayed cleaner all over the place, and I ended up with it all over my face. A young man brought our coffee at the same time, and when I mentioned the situation, he seemed confused. I told him to use some common sense, as I was covered in spray. At that point, one of the staff members told me not to speak to her colleagues, which was frustrating. They later brought us two biscuits as an apology, but I don't think I said anything offensive. I'm currently at Rustiks, enjoying a delicious bacon and egg sandwich while reading an unfair review on Google for the same dish. I feel compelled to share my perspective. My sandwich is perfectly toasted, the egg is just the right consistency—not too hard and not too soft, the bacon is generous and tasty, and the sauce is just as I requested. The side salad is delightful and adds extra value to this reasonably priced snack. The staff are wonderful, and the coffee is brewed to perfection. I'll definitely be coming back! I feel bad for the person who left a negative review; they must have had a rough day! I meant to share a photo of my sandwich, but something happened to it!
Lovely staff and coffee. However would have to be one of the worst take away bacon and egg sandwiches I’ve ever had. Dry as, no sauce, no seasoning, bread was hard. My advice is don’t worry about the salad decoration Just focus on nailing the item first. I wouldn’t normally recommend asking people how they want their egg to be cooked but if you’re going to over cook it to that extent maybe an idea to start asking. The bread needs a bit of that runny yolk to soften everything up. You can’t charge people those prices for a meal like that. Ouch.
We decided to revisit an old favorite for breakfast, but it was a big disappointment—never again! Everything seemed to be microwaved, including the hash browns. If you're in search of a nice breakfast, I recommend looking elsewhere! It’s simply not worth the money. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the staff barely communicated with each other or the customers. There were no smiles or friendly greetings at the counter. The acai bowls were overly runny, almost like water. Instead of returning both bowls when the counter was busy, I did the right thing and called someone over. They made two new bowls, which improved the consistency slightly, but they were still too runny, and the muesli on top tasted stale. The manager and the young staff member didn’t seem happy and didn’t smile when we asked for a refund. If you’re looking for a good acai bowl, this isn't the place to go. Service: Dine in.

We waited 30 minutes for two children's meals, one adult meal, and a coffee. The $50 bill seemed disappointing and not worth the price.
