I recently hosted a team dinner here, and while the overall experience was positive, there were a few key issues. The ambiance was great, and most of our group enjoyed the food. However, a couple of problems stood out. Dirty dishes were left stacked on our table for an extended period, despite multiple requests for them to be cleared, which was a bit frustrating. One of the dinners, ordered medium rare, came out well done. It was sent back without acknowledgment, and by the time the replacement arrived, most of our party had already finished eating. Our table location was just what I had requested perfect! Given that there was only one other table with customers in our area, the service was unusually slow we arrived at 6pm and didn 't get our checks until 8:30; we enjyed the time spent together, but this was a bit much. Most disappointing was the lobster while there were two tails, one of them was very mushy , not firm like it should be. The butteer for the lobster was great as were the steaks and fish dishes other members of the family enjoyed. Having dined here in the past, it was somewhat of a disappointment not the 5 we generally rate Ruth Chris.
The food and the service was fantastic, especially the food. That is what you're paying for. It will be the best meat you have ever had, it will be cooked perfectly, and it will be expensive. As long as you understand that going in, I think you'll be more than satisfied. Everything was delicious, served hot, and cooked exactly as requested. And the service is very good.
The food is always exceptional, and this time was as expected. We were given a quiet corner to enjoy our celebrations. Aiden was a lovely and attentive wait person, and the support for all service was well done.

Ruth Chris is always a good experience, but this time a few things were off. We all ordered steaks medium and everything came out very rare. I don’t mind, but my wife and daughters sent their steaks back.
Everything was great except for the refusal to upgrade my 6 oz filet a larger one, for a fee, on my Ruth 's classics meal. I 've done this before with no issue. Otherwise all else was good.
Our server James was phenomenal! Service was on point. One of our meals came out a little over done he corrected immediately. We had a great dinner.
The food was delicious. Robert was a wonderful server. The prix fixe menu was very reasonable. I will definitely return to this location.

Not a good experience for a high-end restaurant. Dropped 400 bucks on mediocre food and atmosphere.
