Ruth's Chris Steak House - Charlotte Uptown

My daughter and I went here for Thanksgiving as she is in college as we are from California. We decided to do the regular menu and I must say I had one of the best steaks I’ve had in years. I ordered the rib eye with the blue cheese topping, however this meat was beyond seasoned to perfection I felt like it didn’t need an ounce of anything else. I also ordered the cream spinach which was also just divine. My daughter ordered the Cesar salad and was very happy. The service was impeccable and we enjoyed our evening tremendously. we were at 21:30 for our reservation. we bring ourselves water and broth and we never have a server. four tables were sat after us and all had their food and drink orders. only after we had to leave, our server came to the table. No one ever came to apologize or explain the situation. we only got information about after we told the server.

dani was excellent! the server team that worked thanksgiving deserves an increase. they went beyond and beyond to make sure everyone had exactly what they needed in the evening. my party enjoyed our visit and it made for a very relaxing thanksgiving!
