I haven't visited this restaurant in some time, but I felt the need to address my recent experience. First and foremost, I must say that the bartending staff is exceptional. They have engaging personalities and are extremely attentive. Without them, our meal would have been a complete disappointment. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the veal ravioli and stuffed mushrooms, which were both delicious. For our main courses, I ordered a medium rare porterhouse steak with a side of lobster mac and cheese, while my fiancée opted for the Ruth's special filet and lobster tail. Was here for a seminar that included dinner. The food was good, but the service was so painfully slow it totally ruined the dinner. The waiter had all the trays at the entrance of the room, and at a super slow pace, carried no more than two salads or meals across the room to serve. Clean up took 5 to 6 trips per table, per course including every piece of silverware. So then after the painfully slow process of delivering only 2 small desert plates at a time across the room to 30 people, he went back to get the silverware. 1st time at the Paramus location and we came with a party of 10 for a birthday dinner. As with any other time and location, this Ruth's Chris did not disappoint. I asked for a medium well gave me well done , while waiting for them to prepare another steak mac and cheese got cold and the Mac and cheese has a very bitter aftertaste will not recommend the Mac and cheese!
