We had dinner here for our anniversary and started out with the veal ravioli as our app with a bottle of wine. The ravioli was perfect and a light app so we had room for our steak. We ordered the ribeye and cowboy ribeye along with sides to share mashed potatoes and the creamed spinach. The steaks came out sizzling in butta the plate super hot. This is my third time dining here in my lifetime and I was reminded why I haven't been back in over 15 years. The food here is just not noteworthy. The steak was cooked to order but tasted bland. The A1 sauce couldn't save it. The lobster mac was plentiful but underwhelming. I added salt and pepper but again, it was just salvageable. However, the service was great! I visited this location for the first time, having been to other locations of this chain restaurant before. The standards were consistent across the board. I went for lunch during the week and there was a special offer that caught my attention, so I decided to give this location a try. The restaurant was not very busy and there were plenty of servers available. Our server was very attentive, explaining the specials and different dishes on the menu. We went to get a takeout order of cheesecake from Ruth Chris. Called in the order and it was ready once we got there. The cheesecake is an individual sized plain cheesecake that comes with a raspberry sauce and a yogurt flavored sauce and berries. The 2 sauces are the bees knees!! For $6+ tax it was well worth it. The cheesecake is creamy with good flavor. But with everything combined it made my stomach smile inside. It was my first time having it but my daughter kept talking about it. Came here to celebrate my best friend's 40th birthday. Our server was great! They decorated the table for her birthday which was a nice touch. I had a classic lemon drop for my drink which was pretty good! They poured it right at the table. They are known for their steaks which unfortunately I didn't have that night. The crab cakes were good and the Brussels sprouts were good they had a honey glaze. We also had a side of au gratin potatoes and we weren't really a fan of them. My friend had the veal ravioli, she crab soup, and lamb and she enjoyed her meal.
I have never been disappointed by this high-end chain restaurant. I have visited this particular location multiple times and each time has been fantastic. We usually opt to sit in the bar area because the atmosphere is lively and the service is excellent. I have tried the Tomahawk steak before and it was delicious. This time, we ordered a variety of steaks and a shrimp appetizer, all of which were cooked to perfection. I always order a dirty martini, which is one of my go-to favorites. While it may be on the more expensive side, it is definitely worth it!
Came here for Thanksgiving! Service on par as usual, opted out of the Thanksgiving menu. Our server Garson was great very knowledgeable and welcoming. Ordered the cowboy ribeye, ribeye, lobster mac/ cheese and asparagus. Superb steak as always. Also had the Dirty Goose martini which did not disappoint. It’s no secret that their service is unrivaled. This staff has never disappointed me. The food is full of flavor and the experience is worth the visit every time.
