Upon my arrival at the restaurant, I had asked for a quiet table, and they did their best to accommodate my request. I wasn't aware that live music would begin at 7:30, but it was contained to the bar area and did not interfere too much with our conversation. That said, the service was outstanding, and the meal was absolutely delicious. I had previously dined at their Port Jefferson location, where I've enjoyed many meals, and this experience was definitely on par. I look forward to coming back.
eating was solid, good sized service was hit or mis. Sunday evening at 6:30...not exaggerated, maybe 7-8 tables occupied. 4 people on the table, two ordered cocktails, a limo. cocktails came to a time to the table, then the soda came a few minutes later. ordered a few apps for the table so we could enjoy the view of the menu. a server took the order. the other came over a few minutes later asking if we wanted to order. as soon as the flat broth and salumi plate came to the table.
Dined in at the front tables, so it was nice since it felt like being al fresco. Quiet evening out and relaxing atmosphere. Food and drinks were tasty but pricey. Lobster mac app was all milky sauce on bottom...could use more cheese. Also my cocktail had too much ice so it was hard to drink it without a straw.
great place to celebrate and celebrate. the service personnel takes up the mood of the table and acts accordingly. it is little full and noisy, but it is a popular place and the personal to die. I thought the menu was somewhat limited, but what was there was delish Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Greeted by hostess and was seated quickly. Waitress came immediately and got our drink order. Our waitress was a doll she is known for the bet cosmos ever so we made sure we both had one. Service was great atmosphere always comfortable and noise level was good.
Our dinner with friends at Ruvo's was made special thanks to the excellent food, attentive service, and live music on Friday night. We never felt rushed, and every request was greeted with a smile. It’s truly a wonderful gem in the neighborhood.
As always, everything was excellent. The food, wine, and service were fantastic. I’ll be back soon! Todd is a wonderful waiter, and so is the waitress, Andi.
