My 2 adult sons and my sister in law and I met for lunch at the Rye Bar and Grill We all agreed that the food was delicious ! My sister in law had New England Fish Chowder and shrimp tacos She said both were delicious! I had the fish chowder and a chopped salad both excellent My sons both had Caesar salad and a burger with fries both agreed that all their food was delicious just how they liked it We also had **** Mary’s so good! Our waitress was attentive and polite she asked how we wanted our food and brought it to us exactly that way! There were alot of people in the room because there was a private party upstairs) so it was a little noisier than usual but not too bad.
We've eaten at Rye Grill many times and have always enjoyed it both the food the ambiance. Last night, however, they had two private events one upstairs and the other on the main floor. This made for a very loud, rushed dinner experience. Definitely not up to par for them. In the future I would check to make sure that there was no private event in the main dining room before making new reservations.
First time dining here. I was looking for something close to the Capitol Theater. The nachos were very good. I had the special steak quesadillas. The meat was tender but overall flavor was a bit bland. I asked for pico which added more onion flavor than anything else. The service was fine. The building and outdoor seating were perfect. I would go again.
Mussels clams to start: delicious, took home the sauce it was so good. Didn’t want to waste it. The brook trout was light and cooked to perfection! Also sampled the St. Louis spare ribs…fell off the bones, finger licking yummy!!!Great attentive service from Brian our waiter! Lovely ambiance. Sweet vibe! Excellent cocktails. This place is a keeper!!!

Got together with a friend that I hadn't seen in a while. The establishment has a very nice atmosphere. It wasn't too noisy which was good because we had lots to catch up on. I got the salmon club and my friend got one of the salads and added chicken. The food was very tasty.
Food and service are excellent!! The night we were there they were out of a few things on the menu, but we made other selections that we were very happy with. Will always go back when we are in the area :
The food is always great and the service even better. We started out having a drink at the bar and were served by Katie who was so nice and welcoming. It definitely made our experience even better!
I asked a place before the kamin and was kindly given my question. service was perfect and our lunch was very good. that's on my list "to go"!

Always a good meal at RB&G. Our family is always able to find something delicious to eat. Even for our very picky lil eaters.
