I had seen many good reviews on Yelp for this place, so I kept it bookmarked on Yelp and we finally tried it today. We got there around 11 ish and we were seated immediately. The ambiance was comfortable and modern and I especially liked the cool chalkboard art. We ordered stack of 3 French toast , Egg benedict and Denver Omelet. Price was great. Update: I went today, and the dishes we ordered were pretty good. Chilaquiles tasted so good. The salsa with the egg and chips was additive. Huevos con Chorizo was good as the last time when I was here. The chorizo wasn't too spicy and salty. It tastedgood even with the corn tortilla. French toast was just ok. Mexican Latte had a strong flavor of cinnamon. I liked it, but Iwould go with half of the sweetness if possible. Hot Zapata Latte Cacahuate was something new to me. It tasted like latte withpeanut butter. It's really smooth. I will suggest to order their Mexican breakfast instead the American breakfast. This newlocation is roomy and open. It's great for small group gathering. Very cozy...
Service here is really good!!! I had the Mazapan Latte iced and it was so delicious I would go back just for this. I also had waffles with sausage which was pretty basic nothing special but it wasn't bad either. The ambiance is that of a normal cafe the waiters running around providing quick service in such a small dining area. Parking is great. There was no wait time (Sunday morning). The waitress recognized my brother as he comes here often which is nice they acknowledge their regulars. I definitely recommend if you want a cafe that's not busy no super long wait and looking for basic Mexican breakfast or pancake and waffles.
This is, without a doubt, the worst breakfast spot I’ve encountered. I recommend heading to Sugar Rush instead. Unfortunately, my experience was further soured by a sarcastic and rude waitress. Despite the poor service, I tipped her because I know times are tough, but I regretted that decision on my drive home. The food lacked any flavor; the potatoes were served cold, and it was clear that the meal had been frozen and just reheated. The pancakes were rubbery, and overall, nothing tasted good. To make matters worse, the waiter’s attitude only added to the disappointment.

We come here about once a week. Unfortunately today the service was really bad. Four servers and we had to ask for butter for our pancakes and French toast, twice. We had to ask for coffee three times, had to ask for to go containers twice. Having to flag down severs is not necessary in a small place like this… no excuse. hopefully next time will be different. Small tip.
We ordered though uber eats. How disappointing our food was. My eggs Ranchero came soggy wet. And the chorizo plate came full of onions when we requested none. Didn't even include any beans or rice. Not going order from here again
Don't come here to spend your hard earned money. Sugar Rush is better! I received bad service and the food had no flavor. The waitresses are sarcastic and the food is horrible. Oh did I mention that the service was the worst
What happened to this place? New servers are horrible. ALL sandwiches have been removed from the menu. Started eating here since day one when it was great, quality and service has declined significantly. Very disappointed.

I’ve always enjoyed this having breakfast here.. but I was disappointed at the service today. Had to flag and ask for coffee, among other things when there’s 4+ waitresses and sitting around.. need to improve in this
Delicious fusion of traditional American and Mexican breakfasts. We were visiting from New York and were so fortunate to find this place. One of the best brunches of our lives. And a great kids menu also. Thank you!
