This is the restaurant of the H10 Blue Mar hotel where we stayed 2 weeks in August and booked half board, so we were 'doomed '. It is a table service dinner with starter and main dish changing every two days (but the same menu comes back week after week) and always the 7 different desserts to choose from. We think there is no cook in the hotel but that all portions are 'ready delivered ', put in a microwave and then dressed on a teller. Almost all main dishes come in small portions (the cod will be 3x3x3 cm piece; fish soup is 1 cm in a small plate), some of the ingredients are not included (there was no 'black truffle ' on the risotto and the second week the John Dory fish was not a John Do...
