Finally a hamburger as we know it from Northern Europe, with a bun and lettuce. Unfortunately the bun was almost refrigerator cold, and the burger was only half cooked. Very nice fries though, the salt we added ourself. Finished of with a caffe solo largo, and an ice coffee which both were perfectly made. Relaxed atmosphere with the waiter nonchalantly walking about, not in any hurry. Nice enough place, but the burger cook could use a visit to a real burger joint to see how a real burger is made...
We visited Sa Cantonada twice during our stay for breakfast. The food and drinks were lovely and of good portion size. I had a fry up and the parma ham tomato on toast which was tasty. The young waiter,Aidan,worked tirelessly and was always friendly and polite and certainly put in some hours. Worth a visit for light snacks,drinks and ice cream.
We stopped here to have a quick drink but were tempted, and succumbed to, their lovely range of ice cream sundaes, too. The friendly staff were all too happy to mix and match the flavours of the set sundaes so I had one with lemon, banana and strawberry cheesecake flavours. Gorgeous! Definitely worth a stop.
This place is one of my favourites. Inexpensive, relaxing, unpretentious and one of the loveliest views of the lighthouse. It is is simple but perfect. Lovely owners too. Can't wait to get back to Punta Prima again to relax with a granizado looking out to sea.

Stayed in Punta Prima for one week and managed to visit this place six times!! Really impressed with the variety of food and drink and prices really good too. Most outstanding of all was the welcoming and friendly service. I highly recommend Sa Cantonada.
We visited here twice, once for lunch and once for ice cream. Good service on both occasions. The food was tasty Spanish omelette baguette and a Angus hamburger. Great stop for lunch and good service.
Lovely cafe, great food, service and really nice people. Have been coming here for lunch, coffee or a wee evening drink, Hard working people who are pleasant and caring
If you can make your way here you will not be dissappointed. It has everything and it is great for families as well as couples. Space to spread out and enjoy.

Visited for a snack on our first day had a couple of beers and a sandwich which was ok but found out later it was more expensive than the restaurants
Great coffee and cake was brilliant, The waiter was great happy and smiling and cheerful. The views over the Meditterranean were fantastic.
