what the hell did i just exp. this place used to be my go to thai. after the latest its off my list. we had the set menu c which inclueded coconut prawns and curry puffs. all i can say is these were straight out of the packet. they were horrible dry chewy just disgusting, then it got worse after waiting about an hour the mains come out. the were just as bad as the entrees.then we had desert omg how can u stuff this up. they it was all burnt. clearly this place has a lpot of problems. the service oh hangon there wasnt any, the empty tables were just left full of dirty plates the whole time we were there not one table got cleaned disgusting. service was a joke. dont bother with this place. the...
Me and my fiancee dined here last night, mixed entree, red curry and duck salad. Food was spot on, entree was cooked perfectly, curry puffs definitely were not out of a packet as previously stated by the last review, coconut prawns were soft fresh and cooked perfectly. The curry had a very authentic taste, the duck salad was fresh, crisp and seasoned perfectly and the serving sizes were quite generous. Positioned in a nice quiet location the restaurant is not fancy inside but once again very authentic to the typical restaurant found in Thailand. Will definitely be back.
This small family owned business is right on the money for taste - the food is delicious! Service is always with a big smile and is served in a timely manner, making a quick mid week meal an easy opportunity. You are never rushed, however, and can always linger and chat over coffee and desert without feeling like the staff want to move you on. There is a lovely undercover outdoor area for summer evening dining. Well worth a visit.
Tried 2 soups, coconut and tom yum hot and sour soup they are both amazing, full of flavours! Great contrast with sweet and sour, cream and crisp. Will definitely come back. Steamed fish and fried rice also taste nice! Great Thai restaurant! The waitress even helped replace the plate where I dropped a bit of soup to a brand new before the main. Lovely! Thought we'd pop in after driving past a few times. Service was okay but the restaurant itself was quiet (mid-week). My husband and I both finished our meals though slight disappointed. Drinks and Food prices are both reasonable and certainly worth another shot and we've heard plenty of others rave about this place.
Very authentic! Surprised to find such high quality Thai food in Australia. Food quality is like a high end restaurant. When we visited on a Saturday, it was full house. Lots of people came to order for takeaway. We stayed 2 nights in Yarra valley and had both dinners there.
One of the best tasting Thai in the Yarra Valley area. Very lovely outlook with nearby bush. Nice outdoor seating for warmer months. Great for family or couples or celebrations. Highly recommend this one ????
