The food is tasty, but every time I place an order, the staff seems to be annoyed or bothered. I even find myself ordering less sometimes, just to avoid feeling like I'm being a nuisance by asking for extras, even though I'm willing to pay for them. It would really improve the experience if they could serve with a more positive attitude. The owner should consider hiring better employees or offering them higher pay to foster a better atmosphere. Ultimately, this is a business focused on making money and keeping customers happy.
I’ve visited this restaurant once before, but I left without ordering because the staff member at the counter had a really unpleasant attitude. I’ve decided that I won’t order from this place again and will instead choose other Spanish restaurants in the area that are more accommodating to American customers who don’t speak Spanish. This experience was just ridiculous.
