I go to this restaurant for lunch twice a week. The service is excellent, and the food is amazing. They make their salsa fresh, and it's the best I've ever tasted. I always order the fajitas, which are delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I ordered takeout tacos and found the meat to be dry and flavorless. The rice and beans didn't look appetizing so I didn't touch them. It was a waste of money as I ended up throwing the whole plate away and opting for a bowl of cereal instead.
This place has a different name- “Thee Jambalaya Spot” but the food is good and well seasoned. If you have the opportunity to get the pork roast, don’t pass it up!! Portions are large and haven’t had anything that wasn’t on point!

The food is as delicious as ever, just under a new name! I'm thrilled that it's reopened and I absolutely adore the Gumbalaya dish. If you happen to pass by LA 415 on I-10, make sure to stop in - you won't be let down!
I'm so happy that the restaurant is back serving the delicious gumbalaya that I love, even though it has a different name now! Visitors stopping off I-10 from La 415 are sure to enjoy their dining experience here.
We stopped here on our way from Texas to Florida. The food was delicious! Huge portions, so come hungry! The staff was extremes friendly, as were the locals dining in. We will be back!!

The meat tasted terrible, the lettuce was slimy, the beans and rice had no taste. At least the soda machine works.
