First I was shocked by the price of a deli sandwich here ? Nearly $13 for roast beef and cheese w lettuce and tomato on a roll. Then I thought alright the price of everything is up so be it until? I opened the sandwich! It?s like it was half full!! Hardly any meat on the thing! Where?s the beef Sachem Deli?! The other sandwich I ordered was turkey and it was NOT fresh. You know what turkey tastes like when it?s old ? yeah. Terrible. Other places in the area offer much fresher food and better value. In this case ? You don?t always get what you pay for. I?d never go back here. Ohhh and? my feet were sticking to the floor. Needs a food mopping.

I really wanted to enjoy this place since it's close to my workplace, but both of my visits have been underwhelming. The service is quite slow, and the food is just average. My soup was overly salty, and the sandwiches are quite thin for a Long Island deli. On a positive note, the woman behind the counter is truly delightful, so I’m giving my rating for her.

Not sure why the name hasn?t changed on Google. But it is no longer Sachem delicatessen unfortunately- I loved that place and the food was always so fresh and you were greeted by nice people. Now It?s called Deli and Caterers. New owners, terribleservice and super unprofessional! I will never step foot in that place again.

Dear former owners of Sachem Deli, we miss you. While it's convenient if you're looking for bongs or vape pens, the current state of the place is quite disappointing. It's extremely dirty.
