I had booked to celebrate my partner's birthday and the experience was great. We didn't feel like ordering the tasting menu, but it's still great to order whatever you want from the menu. We ordered the bluefin tuna, red shrimp tartare, and wild grouper. All accompanied by a bottle of white wine. Before bringing the dishes we had ordered, they brought various appetizers, oil, butter and bread of different kinds. In addition, they offered us a glass of champagne or a cocktail to whet our appetite. For dessert we ordered the Grand Marnier soufflé with vanilla ice cream.
