Saddle Rock Pub Brewery

We came here after we got into the meat paste due to the weather. Originally we wanted to go to Iwa Sushi, but at 9:05 they told us they would only offer a take-out to go to the hotel as they closed at 9:30 and did not want to wash a table / dishes. We then found this place (walking) and we closed the 5 minutes before the grill. The blonde employee there was so amazing and sweet! The food was really delicious, I am so glad that our original plan does not work, and will definitely come back when we are next to the city. The pizza with apple balm is a 100000/10 and the soup was probably the best soup I ever had!

In the back left cellar of a building I came by because I wanted to try the Wenatchee Pizza. This area is known for the production of DELICIOUS apples and cherries. This pizza uses the apples on one of their pizza options! The homemade crust pizza with lots of cheese is with sausages and bacon and the. THINLY SLICED apples are placed above. Because they are up and thin, they bake pretty well in the oven. I enjoyed the combo and was glad I tried. Service is missing something, but most people go there to stay, drink beer and eat pizza. I worked, so I just walked in and out.

Perfect little hidden pub for our hockey families to catch together and delicious easy to eat pizza, salads, appetizers, beer on tape. The server on a Saturday afternoon was super. He was fast and with our meals also with our big party. The only problem I had was that the middle dough was so thinly distributed that the pizza slices would not hold and we had to use a fork: eating the pizza or it would literally fall apart. It tastes good.

I gave it a two star for this visit bc I know they can do better. Our pizza crust was burnt and everyone is tired of the bus your own table (or clean up after the person that was there before you) and go up to the counter to order. I hope they go back to normal at some point. The nachos were good and I like the beer.

Nothing special. Pizza really sub par and service was not friendly at all. It won't be back.
