I wanted to share my experience with Harris Teeter's charges. As a retired senior, I find the high delivery costs quite challenging. Here’s a breakdown of my recent order:

**Tax:** $0.97

**Service Fee:** $14.90
**Promotions:** -$4.95
**Estimated Order Total:** $86.70
While I did use points for product purchases and take advantage of the promotion for no fees on orders over $35, I'm struggling to understand why I was hit with a $41 delivery charge.
Here’s a look at my receipt from Safeway today:
**Fees:** $26.38 (in addition to the delivery charge)

I called customer support to check the status of my order since the online app wasn’t updating. Your team was unable to provide any information, so I requested a callback from a manager, but that never happened. This morning, I contacted customer support again, and there was still no update on my order. I was instructed to call the store, which I did, but after explaining my situation, I was simply transferred back to customer support—the same team that couldn't help me in the first place.
I am still waiting for a call back with an update. This experience has been absolutely awful—Horrible customer service!
The store at arundel mills md isDirty, ladies room was a disgrace,no cashiers, self checkout registers were scarce and theFew working were breaking down. When I asked for manager I was told no manager was around, please do something, I was also told milk was on back and warm but guess what they were stocking it on shelves. If I get no reply I taking pictures and sending to health department.
I just pumped 1 gallon of gas to get through till I could use my gas points at another gas station. My car gets 30 Mi to a gallon at 12 miles I put $5 in my gas tank it registered no higher it did not even move my needle. will never buy Safeway gas again I feel like air just went into my gas tank what a rip off beware people when you pump gas your last gallon or two pumps are I'm serious

For Pete's sake try keeping the shopping aisles clear. They don't restock overnight.Always enjoy feeling rushed just to stay out of the way for u boats of product that are unattended at times. Then always a shopping cart traffic jam. if they stayed out of the way of the consumer and replenish at night I would think about shopping there.
There was just one checkout open, and the line was long. The poor cashier seemed overwhelmed. I noticed only one other employee who could assist but didn’t step in. Are you cutting back on employee hours, or is it difficult to find cashiers? This has been happening frequently lately. The entire establishment feels chaotic.
On two occasions I've seen pet owners bring dogs into the Kentucky Avenue location in DC. These were not service animals but regular dogs. The owner picked items up after rubbing the dog. And this place has no shopping carts because they allow people to take the carts out the store! I'm taking my business elsewhere
Stores are completely dropping the ball. I purchased a quiche at the Charles st. Location. I didn't realize until I opened it and a spoiled smell was present that the package date was 4-30-19Today is 4-8-22 . Unbelievable

Safeway in Damascus always has dirty slicers. Often I would get pieces of something else in with my cheese, it’s gross and I will no longer buy from there.
