having been in the japon two times, I was a little afraid to discover a restaurant that presents me with sushi of medium quality. if at first the restaurant seems a little cold (winter evening requires), the service was made in a good atmosphere with good advice. for me I took my foot there and the dishes offered are well at the height of those I had known at kyoto and tokyo. I would especially like to thank the waitresses and cooks for this great evening. we will not miss coming back very soon
The kitchen is good and the fresh products. a nice welcome but the impression of disturbing because many staff and few customers. on the other hand, prices are extremely expensive, everything is also soups and salad. typical of the French sushi chains, prefèré la cuisine traditionnel. It's probably the monopoly on holy maximin that helps.
We stopped to take a ride. It was good. but not exceptional! We'll go back in a few minutes because it was okay. But it's far from being the best sushi I've eaten in my life...Unfortunately I think that since they have the monopoly currently on holy maximin it works. But if one day they have competition, it might not be the same.
I can only advise you on this restaurant, which is number 2 on our Japanese restaurant list! everything is very good and very fresh and in addition they deliver to your home!What better than eating sushi in your couch! we are avid customers and we have delivered the 100 units directly to the home. At least once a month..We spend a delicious moment with family because we love these sushi...The products are fresh, and the taste just excellent !!!!!!! I recommend !!!!
