Waitress messed up multiple times on very simple things. Asked for lemon for our water forgot it 3 times. Whole table ordered the chicken except one who wanted chicken and shrimp, we even pointed out on the menu, she never wrote in the shrimp. My son wanted extra noodles. Which we paid for but then he was not givin any rice.... (we did NOT ask for a substitute, he just wanted extra on tip of everything that came with dinner). The cook was very bland did not do much at all. We watch him be more entertaining with the group before us. Mind you it was my birthday. The waitress never once came to check on us or anything. About 8 mins into eating she asked if we were ready for boxes... by this poi...
When our soup and salad bowls were being cleared the busser dropped the whole tray of bowls on my parents, covering them in leftover soup and salad dressing. He was very apologetic however the manager never came to the table to apologize. Also, our chef dropped his knife on the ground and then wiped it off on a washcloth and continued using it. They did give us 20% off our meal but only after my dad asked for it after the soup bowl incident. The food was really good and we just told ourselves the grill was hot enough to kill whatever may have ended up on the knife, but overall it was not a great experience.
Absolutely love everything about this place! Never a bad experience!! Food awesome, the chef engaging and fun, and the wait staff extremely attentive!

We had a reservation and they were closed! Failed to inform open table, they were closed for 2 days.
Always great food and so much of it. Leftovers look like we didn't eat anything last night!
