with the family, including the grandchildren. welcome, eating was excellent. we had dinners and then main course, because we had enjoyed it so much, we decided to start eating more instead of dessert. the seabass was to die, skalopps and garnel, mmmmm....The children from 2 to 10 ate everything and cannot wait to go back. service was friendly and extremely efficient. When the bill came, I couldn't believe how reasonable it was. I can not recommend saigon very much. many thanks for them
We are lucky to live close by, and have eaten here a couple of times. This place has lovely food, very tasty! Both times we have been are on the all you can eat at set price which is nice because you can try food...that you wouldn't normally order. It's usually busy here, so booking is advised. The decor could do with a little sprucing but all in all you won't be disappointed. The sharing platter with shredded duck and wraps with dips is just delicious and so are the ribs!
Got served twice in 2 hours, food took ages to come out, kitchen shut early with no heads up before we even finished food, Mentioned this and wasn’t offered any discount or even sorry, went home hungry still. Then rang next day to explain that...I wasn’t happy with the service, to then get shouted at on the phone, told me to shut up, and hung up the phone. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, POOR SERVICE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER !!! Do not go here! You will be disappointed
this restaurant has been very nicely renovated since my last visit and has beautiful screens. the lazy susan and round table for great entertainment and the ability to order and sample different elements on the menu. the dishes were very delicious and for...£22.50 per person, they can order as many as they wish. the employees are friendly and efficient and we have not rushed at all. a very pleasant experience
Fantastic food fantastic service Called here for food with family after looking at the reviews thought this place needs a visit. The food choices were amazing the food came out and was fresh and hot the portions were very good will definitely be calling here when I’m next in felixtowe. Starters great, duck is good, main course the same just different meat. Toilets Disgusting needs updating can’t even wash your hands properly because there is no way of drying them . PLACE NEEDS A UPDATE
