I've been dining here since they first opened, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. During my last few orders, they forgot something tonight, and instead of resolving the issue, the gentleman with limited English argued with my wife. I won't be returning. The food is expensive but not as good as it used to be, and they tend to charge extra for small items like hot sauce. Service was for takeout.
The shrimp vermicelli here is quite good. During my visits, the service has been consistently average. However, the quality of the food makes up for it. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3.
