I am strictly plantbased. I dropped in because this place was on happy cow. They were out of everything that I asked for forcing me to order the side vegan broth with rice noodles. 3 out of the 5 people at my table received their meals promptly. I didn't receive my broth and noodles until after several other patrons at other at other tables received their meals. I suspect that they may have found preparing vegan things too complicated as they were closing in an hour. If you're vegan I would not recommend at the very least call ahead and confirm. (Or they could just have the things that they offer on their menu)Dietary restrictions: Check ahead of vegan and save yourself the disappointment
Consistently delicious and great value! Highly recommend the Beef Pho, I have tried other things but the regular size with a very tiny pinch of the chili sauce is my favorite. I have been going to Saigon Noodle Bar at least every other month (sometimes biweekly) for the last three years. The restaurant is clean, they can usually seat you immediately, and even during the lunch hour they are pretty fast. One of the head servers always remembers my order and even got an order started and served to my husband and I without having to officially order.Parking: Shares a parking lot with Einstein, never have had issues with getting a spot.

As for parking, they share a lot with Einstein, and I've never had any trouble finding a spot.
I was visiting the city for a business trip, and I craved for some Vietnamese soup due to the raining weather. The restaurant was located not too far from my hotel, and right across of BP gas station. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and not too crowded when I visited. I ordered the large size bún bò Huế (spicy beef noodle), and it was actually pretty good. The broth was rich, and fatty. The meat was tender (unfortunately they only have brisket and pork bologna, no pig feet and other add on). Service was average. The price for a large size was quite overpriced for its portion. This is my second visit, and I returned specifically for their homemade hot sauce—it's incredible! (Check out the sauce I circled in the picture.) The portion sizes are generous, and the open kitchen is a nice touch—it’s clean too. If you can't handle spicy food, I recommend steering clear of the hot sauce. It's definitely for those with a strong stomach! I absolutely love it and will definitely be coming back!
Disappointing to say the least.This was my first time having Vietnamese food and I was not impressed.I started off with the pork spring rolls. There was little to no pork and without the peanut sauce, it was bland.I usually love broth from soups, stews,.. however, the broth was sweet. I could not get myself to enjoy this pho.The rice noodles were flavorless and the chicken was dry and flavorless.

The restaurant was steady and it took about 15 minutes after placing my order to receive it. I enjoyed the customer service, peanut sauce and broth, but the chicken was dry and flavorless. I will happily try this place again and avoid the proteins.

I visited Ikea and discovered this restaurant through Google. The combination bánh mì was absolutely amazing—fresh and light. The beef broth pho was also delicious. I will definitely return the next time I'm in town!
