Lunch time can get pretty busy, but it's worth the wait! We ordered togo over the phone and stopped by to pick it up on the way...

We stopped by this restaurant with my whole family after a day of skiing at Steven's Pass. The service was friendly and the portions of Pho were generous. They also make their own spring rolls, which is quite rare to find. Since it's a small family-run establishment, the speed of service may vary depending on how busy they are. Overall, the food was delicious, and we would definitely come back if we're in the area again.
The food is incredible, and the atmosphere is relaxed and unhurried, giving it a cozy, home-like feel. The owners and chefs clearly take great pride in their dishes, and the customer service is attentive without being overbearing. The establishment is clean, and every table is almost spotless. It genuinely feels like they care about providing a great experience.

We took our pho order to go in the afternoon but when we came home five minutes later the broth was lukewarm and couldn't even cook the beef. This threw off the pho flavors for me since I had to microwave it and this is the second time that is has happened that way. Will be trying other pho places in Monroe because this is not the ONE for us unfortunately.
I always get their Banh Mi special, but I noticed the spring rolls looked fantastic as well. They come with sweet Thai basil, which I absolutely love. Just a heads up, they can get really busy with dine-in and takeout orders, so be patient—it's definitely worth it!
The Bahn Mi special is absolutely delicious and the price is fantastic, under $7. I make it a point to visit whenever I'm in town. It’s a family-owned and operated establishment with very friendly staff. I highly recommend this restaurant!
The Pho is outstanding! The Bo Kho is fantastic—it's rich, flavorful, and the beef is incredibly tender. I also really enjoy the salt and pepper fried tofu, and the Banh Mi (be sure to order it with extra meat) is absolutely delicious!

They serve the best Bahn Mi sandwiches! I recently sampled their Pho, and it was absolutely incredible as well! This team truly excels at creating delicious food!
