We love love love Tokyo Tina, so our expectations here were along those lines. But this place has none of Tokyo Tina's "down to earth" vibe. This place is every hipster cliche in the book, from the alcohol bottles hanging from the ceiling decor (very cool though) to the handlebar mustachioed bartender crushing ice by hand and clipping little chilis onto the cocktail glasses. In keeping with the theme of style over substance, the food was beautifully presented, more complicated than Vietnamese ever needs to be, and insufficient for the price. We paid $70, sans alcohol, to leave unsatisfied. I dunno, I think that's kind of unacceptable. I can't say the food was bad. The tiny banh mi was good (...
Inventive and very tasty food, great wine and coctail list and an amazing location. Service is fantastic, very quick, polite and attentive. We had the "leave it to Sally" All In menu which meant we didnt have to choose, but told the waiter the things we liked and didnt like. This was a real winner as we had lots of tastes of what Saigon Sally has to offer. We finished with a couple of deserts, both incredible. If there was one area of constructive feedback, it would be to turn down the base slightly in the music. It just made it that slightly uncomfortable level where you are almost yelling to be heard. Otherwise excellent.
Thank you so much Saigon Sally for a wonderful night out. I recommend going the "All in" -10 of their most popular dishes over 4 courses at only $65 pp. We opted for an all gluten free option due to dietary requirements and this was accommodated with no hesitation. All good was fresh, delicious, plentiful and fabulously presented. 5 star food and service. Great atmosphere and value for money. Can't wait to return!
Wonderful service & excellent food! Great place to have dinner, a cocktail, or both. The price is mid range, minimum spend for dinner would be about $60pp inc one glass of mid-price wine and a selection of 5 small-medium share plates. Likely more if you are really hungry. My friend and I had some great service from a waiter here who told us what we should eat and he was bang on! Loved the fried chicken, the wine he recommended was perfect. Definitely more a night life friends or couples night out rather than kids.

Saigon Sally is the go to place for a Sunday bottomless brunch. Amazing food, great bubbles and the staff are attentive, polite and beyond helpful with menu choice. Highly recommend - but book early as the Sunday brunches are popular!

We had just got back from Vietnam, and needed a place for dinner to satisfy our cravings for good food. Saigon Sally was perfect. The food is amazing and the drinks very good. Highly recommend
