I had the worst service ever at Saimahs. Three of us came to sit and eat at 10:00pm, but a waiter immediately told us they were no longer serving food. The restaurant was empty, and their website said they closed at 11:00pm. When I pointed this out to the waiter, they had the audacity to suggest we get a takeaway instead. It was absolutely shocking! We ultimately went next door and had an amazing takeaway experience, as the gentleman who served us was welcoming and the food was great. I will never return to Saimahs again.
This is a wonderful little curry house in Ilkley where food is of a high, consistent quality. The staff are wonderful and always warm and welcoming. My husband and I have eaten in the restaurant on multiple occasions and always enjoy it. We will return time and time again.
in the case of incorrect order, even after what I ordered back, drove by bolton abbey to collect. friendly, chatting and welcoming staff, they offered to bring us what we ordered, we leaned on the basis of how late in the evening it was.

best curry I ever had. nawabi, either huh or lamb. the only place I found that sells this really remarkable curry, and I had some curries in my time up and down the country.

Average just! lamb chops were tough, tandoori chicken had an unusual taste and the lamb karahi was OK. much much better in the area.
