Saint Etienne Du Rouvray

I had the most disppointing steak here I've ever had. Such a shame as Buffalo Grills are normally pretty consistent. I ordered Faux Filet (I really wanted streak, we'd been travelling and not had a hot meal the day before). Cooked a Point (medium). I got something much thicker, more like a Rump steak. Not juicy, too charred and tough. The charring overtook any other taste and where were my juices? I left the steak eventaully as it was not enjoyable. Our server Pauline was new, very helpful and polite. Offered to order me another but I didn't want more food and couldn't imagine how the ?chef? could improve on his cooking method.
