very beautiful place in a very touristic place where one would not necessarily expect a kitchen made with so much care and imagination. this Japanese restaurant slices with many others too predictable. We chose the "discovery menu". In the entrance we preferred the salad on the soup. It had a very fine taste (a bit like Vietnamese bô bun) with lots of black seaweeds and pine pigs. the main dish consisted of a tray with sushi, maki and sashimi, all very fresh and firm. nothing to say about the reception and freshness of the dishes. long waiting despite there are only 3 busy tables, on the other hand, it is fade! . everything is fade . and I'm not talking about a lack of salt . no. little or no flavors. That must be the delicateness of the food. everything is closer to the glass of water. so even if this water is fresh, the addition is salted.
We'd tend to mistrust a Japanese restaurant as well placed near the arenas. The welcome is great, the sushi are simply perfect and the value ratio is very ok. The manager even brought us anti mosquito product so that we don't have to devour everything we believe in our turn. we will return there with pleasure during a next stay. friendly the three Swiss

perfect sushi restaurant! The welcome is great! I will eat there very often the noon and the decoration and the dishes and dishes are superb. I also often take a ride and we have a little free salad.
