Sala Thai 4 - Tisch reservieren

Just as good as the one on Russell st. Always enjoy the food at Sala Thai. As of 11/12/21, they only have limited indoor seating, but a very gracious and attentive for those that opt to dine in. Portions are generous for thai foods. Heat varies between the cooks but generally med here is a American/Mexican food hot, they do half steps in spice as well. Cost is very reasonable.

I havent been here for a few years so I dont know what changed but the service is absolutely terrible. Two stars for the food still being good but dine in service is a no go. Why do so many Chinese restaurants have family members posted up in the dining room as if they were sitting in their kitchen at home? Just strange.

Upgrade fried rice cost $5 Food was good, service is ok but when I asked for upgrade my curry from a normal rice to fried rice, they charged me $5. I asked the manager about this and he said that’s what they do !!

Pad Thai was amazing, the hot was the perfect amount of heat. Not overpowering at all and they used the pad Thai noodles I like.
