I'm not too salad in general but I have to say that I was bluff!!! Patrizzia's quality, quantity and smile are not to be missed. Besides, they have homemade organic desserts. We can super well balanced healthy food) for about ten euros!!! Never seen on the French Riviera!
Fresh and organic products that you choose yourself to compose your salad, a very reasonable price to eat healthy and cheap...and I also love their home dessert. Full food for less than 10 euros in Polygone. A little hard to find yet but very nice quiet terrace for lunch.
Great concept of salad bar in a gym. Ideal for eating before or after a session. Or between two shops. The products are fresh, the salads are copied and the vegetables are organic. It changes some of the fast food we can find in quantity in polygon.

I really like this chain, about coffee it is very good and exotic perfumes too, and especially it is possible to have GRAND coffee And that is cool! As for food, it's okay.
I think their hot drinks are good and the cookies too. On the other hand, there is waiting level service. The other day I went there, I waited after my order.
