As a Lebanese, I can confirm that this place has the best Lebanese Shawarma, not only in tübigen, but in all towns I've visited in Germany (and there's quite a lot that i visited). If i have to describe it in one world: Authenticity!!! All the Lebanese shawarma flavours are there, and most importantly the magical ingredient that isn't popular in DE, the Garlic paste (Toum). Unglaubliches Shawarma! Bis jetzt das beste, das ich zwischen Bayern und BW probiert habe. Das Hähnchen-Shawarma hat einen authentischen Geschmack und ist ein wahrer Genuss. Bestellen Sie die XL-Portion nur, wenn Sie wirklich sehr hungrig sind. Das Rindfleisch-Shawarma ist ebenfalls großartig, mit einer Mischung aus Gemüse und Tarator-Sauce. Yesterday I went to Salam to get a chicken shawarma because I passed by several times and it looked like they have quite a lot of customers, so I thought it’d be a good idea. Little I knew that I’d be scammed and fooled. I ordered my shawarma big and with no fries and I was served a skinny roll with almost no chicken in it, some fries and a helluva lot of spicy sauce. I was asked whether I wanted everything in it, to which I said yes but no fries.
