I chose Salazogue because I wanted to eat something healthy and not heavy for lunch (it was 30 Celsius in August), and preferably seafood. All the dishes I ordered were delicious and fresh: tomato salad with marinated sardines, escabeche of white tuna, steamed hake with langoustine broth. Even the dessert, a coffee flan with matcha ice cream, was innovative and delicious. I highly recommend Salazogue.
very well! very attentive and friendly staff. we warned of our delay (20min) and were very understanding and friendly. local decorated with gout and very clean bathrooms. the uniformed waiters and with the mask perfectly put. generous and very well prepared dishes. the Russian saladilla with its adjoining touch and the light spicy of the wassabi very good and the lasagna a show. phenomenal!

Very good restaurant, excellent cooking, you can choose anything off the menu and you will be happy. A bit expensive for a bib gourma.nd but no regrets!
