We have ordered from this Italian restaurant several times in the past. We were absolutely thrilled the first two times the food was outstanding, even if it wasn't cheap. However, the price was definitely worth it because of the quality. Unfortunately we were disappointed with our last two orders. After the quality didn't meet our expectations the second time, we pointed this out by phone when ordering again and gave the restaurant another chance. Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal im Salentu und waren wirklich begeistert. Das Restaurant ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Service ist erstklassig und die Pizza schmeckt hervorragend. Der Teig ist luftig und die Zutaten sind alle frisch und von hoher Qualität. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Update: Gestern waren wir nach der Renovierung das erste Mal wieder im Salentu. Das neue Ambiente ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Wie immer ist der Service ausgezeichnet. Die Pizza ist nach wie vor super lecker. Wir werden weiterhin gerne kommen. Macht weiter so!

Mein absoluter Favorit unter den Italienern! Die San Marco war schon großartig, und jetzt, wo Salentu und San Marco „fusioniert“ haben, ist das Konzept für mich perfekt. Ich liebe die Location und das junge Team, das mit viel Leidenschaft dabei ist! Es herrscht immer eine tolle Atmosphäre und das Essen ist einfach großartig. Ehrlich, authentisch und modern!

So I'm blown away. I've never seen such a great menu at an Italian restaurant. The food was an absolute delight and the staff was simply great. This is my favorite Italian from now on. Thanks for the great evening
