Just arrived back from a month in Puerto del Carmen. Visited many bars, resteraunts and eating houses, but our favouirite was Sally Joans (New Town). Stephen and his staff Jo and Ella were all very welcoming and accomodating. Joanne always had your next drink poured before you'd drunk your last one. She is a workhorse and a credit to the bar always attentive remembering past customers names and drinks etc. Great sports bar showing all types of sports with a great atmosphere. This is a must go to bar. We will be back for our next visit next year forfurther fun and frolics.
Went here 3 times during a week's holiday for drinks only. Enjoyed several lovely pints of draught Guinness cold and creamy just as it should be. My wife also enjoyed the wine here. Good videos of 80s music was right up our street which is why we came here again and again. Took us a day or two to work out where the no smoking area was. No food here, only because we were fully inclusive in our hotel.
I'm only putting 4* because they don't take the cb, I don't think it's true. I didn't even see it indicated. especially when we are foreign, we pay €4 tax for a withdrawal. a part that super reception, very pleasant setting and reasonable prices. Not much television to watch sports. very good pub

Buena cerveza Guiness ambiente irlandés agradable, dueños muy simpáticos. Comida normal de picoteo, nada reseñable en este apartado, inexplicable que no admitan pago con tarjetaQue
Genuino pub irlandes. Me tome una pinta de Guinness regulera. Se lleva 5 estrellas por el buen ambiente, la gran amabilidad y profesionalidad de la camarera.
