Great prices and most of all good food. They give you your money worth. I've been to other Deli's one in Canarsie Brooklyn, that overcharges for everything. What I ordered at Sal's would come to $30 bucks in Brooklyn. (Platter with egg bacon, sausage, homefries toast, and two small coffees)I swear if Sal was opened earlier in the morning, I would go out of my way to go there before heading to work.
Solid Deli in the North Mount Vernon vicinity. I like their Philly Cheese steak on a hero. My son prefers their deli sandwiches. Great price , quick service . Order ahead and your order will be ready when you get there
The BEST hero's in Mount Vernon. Always made right and fresh ingredients. Turkey and Swiss, scooped-out, Mayo, tomato, lettuce, Oil Vinegar is my go-to. The only issue is parking, don't want to get a ticket.

The woman working there was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The açaí bowl I received was the best I've ever tasted. It was beautifully presented, and the portion size was very generous.
I recently started ordering from this restaurant, and I'm really pleased! Everything has been fresh. My favorite is the Monster Rox, and they also create some really healthy salads.
Ordered and when the driver was on the way they cancelled my order out and refunded my money no apology no call not a good look.
