This is the best pizza I've had in a long time! We ordered a Sals Stuffed and a Greek Lite. The Stuffed had a vey lite red sauce the was superb and everything in it blended well together. The Greek lite had a olive oil sauce and grilled chicken. The crust was very crisp and delicious. The service was wonderful and was surprised to be visited by the owner, who is the Sister-in-law of our waitress(blast, forgot her name). Everyone is super friendly and I love the way they decorated the place. Feels more like a dining room in a home than a commercial facility for the most part. Simply put, it felt comfortable. We will be back!
I normally don't write reviews, so when I do it's because I feel very strongly about it. For the first time tonight I had their Sals deep dish pizza. Can I tell you, omg! It was amazing!!!!! Finally, someone knows how the deep dish should be. I'm already excited to have leftovers tomorrow. Good job, Sals. Thank you. I can have a real deep dish pizza again. Highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed at all. In fact, you will thank me.
I believe we have a new favorite, fantastic pizza here, pizza dough made fresh on sight daily, the sauce is fresh and the best I’ve had in a long time, the mozzarella is high quality.. the giveaway is the sauce on top! And the sausage is spot on those who know me well know I’m picky.. especially the sausage) As Arnold said, I’ll be back!
