Update as of 09-16-21. Food and Service is still very good. Ordered chicken wings from menu which shows a cost of $9.95. Upon ordering waitress did advise us that the price is now $16.00 for the chicken wing appetizer. I understand price of products rise but think $6.00 raise in the price is a little excessive. Sal's has great food at reasonable prices. Food and service was excellent. We had mild sauce chicken wings, fried calamari and pizza along with a few cold draft brews that really hit the spot on a sunny day. Outdoor dining options available for patrons as well.
The only explanation of the overall taste of their pizza is that their secret ingredient is garbage. I wouldn't feed this food to my dogs in fear that they'd turn on me for doing so or never respect me again. If I stop even 1 person from going to this place, I will consider myself a hero. If this is your only option, you should consider starving to death as you will at least die with your self-respect
We were impressed with the XL-sized pizzas in the display case. We ordered a medium to split between three adults and it was the perfect amount. Crispy crust, fresh veggies, tasty cheese, and the sauce was just right! Staff were attentive, even when they got busy. Cozy atmosphere ? the bar looked nice without being the center focus.
I wanted to try a pizza from New York, and this place did not disappoint. It was delicious! The large size was quite filling, but the pizza was fantastic. Plus, the owner was on-site, which added a nice touch to the experience. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Average pizza at best. They forgot to put bacon on my pizza and instead added broccoli. Then they argued with my parents about the price. How do you mess up the order and still expect us to pay for it? Not impressed.
Today, I ordered a slice of Margherita Pizza, and it was disappointing. The tomatoes and crust appeared stale and overcooked, and the flavor was unpleasant. I ended up tossing it in the trash where it really belongs.
Great local pizza shop with great local New York style pizza nice service, we recommend for sure!
