Went for dinner tonight with my friend. We’re both management in the hospitality sector, so time off at the same time is very slim. We decided to go to Salsa for our dinner and it was LUSH! Our server Maria (in the red shirt) was just amazing! Such a cutie, so friendly and gave such kind and warm service! Such an amazing person to be the face of a restaurant. Thank-you Maria! And thank-you chefs!

Very friendly staff, great food, in fact, better than that. Staff looked after us, so genuine. There were 7 of us, and none of us could fault anything. If you are in Southend, it is a must. You won't be disappointed. Great value for money.
