The food and drinks were really good and yes, I will be back in the future. I only have 2 complaints. The first, is that while I was putting my steak and mushrooms into to go boxes, the guy came up and removed my salad, which I still had about half of it and had planned on finishing it after packing up my other stuff. Had he not taken my food before I was done with it, I would have given 5 stars. (I didn't realize he took it, until I had finished packing up the other food, I saw him taking my husbands empty plate and glass, but I didn't think he would grab a bowl with food in it, while I was literally putting the other food in to go boxes) The second is that my husbands steak was slightly ov...
If I could leave less than one star I would...we made a valentine reservation a month before Valentine's Day...we showed up 10 minutes before The reservation to be told that we had to wait 45 minutes and the excuse was that they had a lot of walk-ins and there was no apology. He basically told us that they prioritize the walk-ins over any reservations that were made .The manager was extremely rude and didn't even try to offer any kind of solution. The time we booked was extremely important because we had tickets to a ballet afterwards. I understand that things happen, but his lack of professionalism was next level rude.. 0/10 would NOT recommend Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Service was great! However my food was cold but my husbands was fine. No, I didn’t send it back because we didn’t want to wait any longer. My main complaint is Please please please put your desserts in a different fridge!!! We got carrot cake and cheesecake to go and they tasted like onion! That’s the second time it’s happened shame on me for trying again. The desserts could be phenomenal if they didn’t taste like onion! Steaks were amazing! And if it was even possible the cheesecake and chocolate cake were even better! Excellent service as well! Kayla was our server and did an outstanding job! Saturday night and sitting at the bar. The Long Island Tea was good but a bit heavy on the sweet and sour. The customer service was good especially for bar service and accommodating dinners. The atmosphere was relaxed and everyone having a good time. I would recommend a dinner at least once.
